Non-Refundable Fee

Please be aware that the ₹500 payment for our matchmaking service is strictly non-refundable once it has been paid. This policy is in place because:

• The payment covers immediate administrative costs and the resources allocated to begin the matchmaking process, including profile creation, data processing, and initial search efforts.
• Our service involves intangible efforts and intellectual property in identifying and suggesting matches, which begin immediately upon payment.

No Cancellations or Returns

Given the nature of our service, there are no cancellation rights once the payment is made, and no "goods" are to be returned. Our service begins immediately after your payment is processed.
